Baoding Longda Xushui Plant is a 100000t high-performance lightweight aluminum alloy liquid supporting project jointly built with the strategic customer Great Wall Precision in 2015, which exclusively supports the production of Great Wall Precision Xushui die-casting cylinder block, cylinder head and gearbox housing. This process adopts the "direct supply of aluminum liquid" mode for close and local delivery, cancels the ingot casting and remelting processes, and greatly reduces the energy consumption in production; Through the construction of a multi-process "digital and intelligent" workshop, multiple "manual" processes have been canceled, the staffing has been reduced, and the delivery efficiency and process management ability have been improved.

 President Du reported to the Secretary of Commerce in detail the contribution and improvement space of Lunda Aluminum to regional energy conservation and carbon reduction as an enterprise that can use a large amount of recycled materials. Baoding Longda Xushui Plant recycles about 30000 tons of "industrial waste" from the Great Wall every year. The overall project operation can contribute about 8000 tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction to the region every year, promoting the local recycling and reuse of resources.

The Secretary of Commerce fully affirmed the cooperation mode between Baoding Longda and Great Wall Precision Die Casting, and encouraged enterprises to further increase R&D investment and enhance core competitiveness; The company's research and development of new products, high strength and toughness heat-free alloy materials and automobile thin-wall structural parts materials, which can lead the industrial transformation and upgrading, will be further deepened, promote the industrial application of the results, contribute to the development of the industry, and play a positive role in promoting the low-carbon, circular and rapid development of the automobile industry chain in Baoding.
