From March 16 to 18, Hu Jinbao, General Manager of FAW Foundry Co., Ltd., and Deng Zichao, Deputy General Manager, visited Baoding, and visited eight enterprises and factories including Xushui Factory of Longda Aluminum, Shunping Factory, Great Wall Precision Automobile Die-casting Xushui Factory, Shunping Factory, Precision Die, Lizhong Group Technology Research Center, Stone New Materials, and Baoding Lizhong Wheel. Du Yongli, President of Longda Aluminum, Guo Junhui, Vice President of Longda Aluminum Lu Deyu, General Manager of Precision Die Casting, Liu Cong, Deputy General Manager and main leaders of all units were accompanied.

        On the morning of the 16th, President Hu and his party came to the Baoding Base of Longda Aluminum· Xushui Factory inspected the operation of on-site production process control, process quality assurance, aluminum liquid delivery management and production information system, and visited Precision Die Casting· Equipment operation, process control and site management of differential pressure, high pressure and gravity casting workshops in Xushui Plant.

        At the exchange meeting, President Du warmly welcomed President Hu and other FAW leaders to visit the company. Longda Aluminum has cooperated with FAW for nearly 20 years. The company has benefited from the support and trust of high-quality customers like FAW for many years of development. On behalf of Lizhong Group and Longda Aluminum, he expressed his sincere gratitude to FAW Foundry. Mr. Guo reported to the leaders at the meeting on the overall operation of Lizhong Group · Longda Aluminum and the supporting work with FAW.

        President Hu affirmed Lunda Aluminum's leading achievements in strengthening production monitoring, improving quality management and developing lightweight new materials through information technology. He expressed his willingness to work with Longda Aluminum to study the deep application of new materials in casting products. It is expected that the Baoding Base of Longda Aluminum will promote and apply new supporting technologies to Changchun Longda.

        On the afternoon of the 16th, President Hu and his delegation visited Shunping Plant, Baoding Base of Longda Aluminum Industry. Shunping Plant is the largest renewable aluminum production plant with the largest capacity in North China. During the investigation, they conducted in-depth research on the production and operation of Shunping Plant and the development and trial production of new products, and then entered the high-pressure and gravity casting production line of Precision Die Casting · Shunping Plant for on-site visit and exchange.

        After the visit, Hu pointed out that FAW Casting and Seiko Die Casting were both the earliest casting enterprises in the industry to adopt the direct supply mode of aluminum liquid, and have achieved good results in cost improvement and quality stability. This visit and exchange will be used to discuss the future more in-depth cooperation between the three parties and jointly help the development of China's automobile industry.

        On the 17th, President Hu and his delegation visited four units of Lizhong Group Technology Research Center, Stone New Materials, Baoding Lizhong Wheel, and Seiko Mould respectively, and had a detailed exchange with the management personnel of each unit.
